What is Homeopathy?

Homeopathy and Acupuncture both are called “holistic” because the practitioners of these systems see the individual patient as whole and do not dissect the person into symptoms and individual complaints. To see a patient as a whole is to remember often forgotten intellect, emotions and spirit. “Observational objectivity” does not give the practitioner enough information to treat deep seated, recurrent and difficult diseases. Too many times treatment from the symptom-centered approach only drives the illness from one part of the body to another, or worse, results in bringing about deeper symptoms involving and the emotions and/or the mind.

Homeopathy is concerned with achieving and maintaining health and relies on the body’s power of self-regulation and self-healing. It is a system of medicine that uses simple remedies to treat and alleviate discomfort and pain but also eventually heal and correct without the further need of remedies or medicines.

We do not use herbal tinctures. These remedies are substances that are so highly diluted they carry only the memory of the remedy in the water you are given. This is achieved by utilizing unique properties of the water molecule (one oxygen and two hydrogen atoms). As the substance is shaken and diluted the atoms of the water molecule actually torque and arrange themselves into a unique lattice pattern. We can see these patterns with electron microscopes. Each remedy produces a different and consistent molecular lattice.

Since its development 200 years ago, homeopathy has been systematically studied and methods reviewed in professional journals to achieve the safest and most effective manner of treating the suffering individual. We are seeing resurgence in this highly effective medicine at a time when our living styles are making new and unprecedented demands on us and medicines are failing to treat gently and effectively.
